This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. We only receive personal data when you choose to email us.
Who we are
Grey Fox Labs is a business based in the United Kingdom and is the controller of personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- When you browse: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request data to deliver the site and defend it against attacks. We do not use this to identify you.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver the service.
- When you buy a digital product: the purchase is handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller's payment and delivery provider under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details.
Why we are allowed to use it
To respond to your enquiry and take steps towards a contract at your request; to perform a contract with you; and for our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and contractual purposes, then deleted.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the business (hosting, email, payment). We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us to exercise any of these. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
